Peer Editing. Yes or no?

In my personal opinion I found that the peer editing helped me a little for my paper. I gained new ideas and it made me find stupid mistakes. I feel like after the class gets more comfortable with each other it could be more helpful for more papers in the future. It might be more helpful if we had more people reading our papers though. More eyes could be more helpful in catching more mistakes.

What I am going to write about in my personal narrative is about how I was put into a special ed reading class in elementary. This experience was horrifying to me. I already hated reading and then they go and put me into a reading class. In this class they taught you how to read quickly and efficiently. I for one knew how to do this and wasn't doing it on purpose. This made me hate reading even more and I therefore associated reading with punishment.
